Owls and Lizards on the map

Everybody refers to an owl on the map of Washington, but nobody brings an owl on the map of San Francisco. Here it is.

San Bruno Mountain State & County Park, the coordinates are

37°40'58.2"N 122°26'33.4"W

It's a huge lizard face:

Notice, that there is no any installations on this field!! So the only purpose
of this face is the face alone.

It's also has some body imitation with scales below the head: 

Cemeteries serve as scales.
